Home loans, done properly
Eleven kinds of finance, one local broker, a full panel of lenders. Pick the one that sounds like you, or call and we will work it out together.
Home loans
Buying, building, upgrading or getting a better deal on the loan you already have.

First home buyer loans
Every grant and scheme you qualify for, a real deposit plan, and a broker who has done this a hundred times.

Pre-approvals
Know your ceiling before you inspect, and bid at auction with a number you can stand behind.

Refinancing
A rate review across the panel, the true switching cost, and a straight answer on whether moving is worth it.

Investment loans
Structure that protects your cash flow and your borrowing power for the next property, not just this one.

Construction loans
Progress payments, land and build packages, and a lender who understands your builder’s timeline.
Specialist lending
Income that does not fit a payslip, or a profession the banks treat differently.

Health professionals
LMI waivers, higher loan-to-value ratios and policy exceptions available to doctors, dentists and allied health.

Self-employed
Full-doc, alt-doc and low-doc options for business owners, contractors and sole traders with real income and messy paperwork.

SMSF loans
Limited recourse borrowing for property inside your super, with the lenders who still do it well.
Business and asset finance
Premises, equipment and vehicles, financed to suit how the business actually earns.

Commercial loans
Owner-occupied and investment commercial property, from the first warehouse to the fourth.

Asset finance
Equipment, machinery, vehicles and fit-outs with chattel mortgage, lease or hire purchase, matched to your tax position.

Car loans
New or used, personal or business, approved before you walk into the yard so the dealer’s finance is not your only option.
Common questions
What does a mortgage broker do?
A broker compares loans across a panel of lenders, works out which are likely to approve your situation, and manages the application through to settlement. Lend Dreams is paid a commission by the lender, disclosed to you in writing, so there is normally no fee to you.
Does using a broker cost me anything?
Usually nothing. The lender pays the broker a commission, and that is disclosed in writing before you proceed. Our Credit Guide sets out exactly how we are paid and which lenders we work with.
Which lenders does Lend Dreams work with?
We work across a panel that includes major banks, credit unions and specialist lenders. That range matters most when your situation is not standard: self-employed income, a smaller deposit, or a construction build.
Not sure which one you need?
Most people are not. A free 15-minute chat with a local broker sorts it out, and we tell you plainly if the answer is “not yet”.
